If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Meraki, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it and assist you to the best of our abilities.
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at a few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available for some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the bank within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank, and we, unfortunately, won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise, please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate a refund within 3 days of your request. The receipt of the refund would, however, depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- Net Banking: 2-4 business days
- Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Credit Card: 7-21 business days
Your order status is updated to you via emails/WhatsApp at every step. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched, we will send you an SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old SMS for the status of your order if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events that delay your order, you will receive a special update from us.
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care at +971562244288 as soon as possible with your order number. For certain product categories such as Formal and Bridal, once you place an order, it cannot be canceled.

Yes, because of prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

At this time, Meraki is unable to accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact sales@mymeraki.ae for more details.
Write us at sales@mymeraki.ae stating the reason for returning the product. If the item is returnable, you will be emailed a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a shipping label. You can also reach out to us on +(971) 56 224 4288.
Our specially-trained quality assistance team checks your items to make sure they are up to our standards before we dispatch them to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
